Found a vulnerability? We take security seriously. Please report issues through our responsible disclosure program so we can fix them fast.
Reporting Process
- Email security@visnec.com with vulnerability details
- Include proof-of-concept (if safe to do so)
- Allow us 90 days to investigate and patch
- We'll acknowledge receipt within 48 hours
- Coordinate public disclosure timing with our team
What to Include
- • Detailed description of the vulnerability
- • Steps to reproduce the issue
- • Potential impact and severity assessment
- • Your contact information for follow-up
- • Any relevant screenshots or proof-of-concept
Please Avoid
- • Testing on production systems without permission
- • Accessing, modifying, or deleting user data
- • Performing denial of service attacks
- • Public disclosure before we've had time to fix
- • Social engineering our employees or users
Recognition
We appreciate security researchers who help us protect our users. Depending on the severity and impact, we may offer public recognition, swag, or other rewards for valid vulnerability reports.
